Chula Vista Boulevard Residence
The existing hydronic radiant heating system was expanded to provide heat to all added areas. The walls are framed with staggered studs and their deep cavities are super-insulated. Daylighting is maximized via windows and skylights. Stacked stairs and expanding over existing patio kept the original footprint unchanged.
