Nir Pearlson, AIA, LEED AP

Architect

Nir has practiced architecture in Eugene since obtaining his Architectural Degree from the School of Architecture & Allied Arts at the University of Oregon in 1995, and combines hands-on craftsmanship and construction trade experience with artistic attention to composition and detail. Following years of living in diverse countries and cultures, Nir seeks to identify the subtle contextual patterns of each site, listens for the hidden narrative within the program, and celebrates the project’s essence through its design. A people person, Nir believes that the success of each project depends upon establishing lasting partnerships with clients, colleagues, and the greater community.

His experience as a fine woodworker and cabinet maker translates into pragmatic, expressive and detailed design ability. Roger traveled, worked and studied in numerous countries, and seeks to utilize natural building materials, simplicity, and the appropriate use of daylight in order to create environments that sustain and embrace human life.

Scott Larsen, Assoc. AIA

Lead Designer

A recent transplant to the Pacific Northwest, Scott obtained his Master of Architecture degree in 2004 from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia in 1997 including extensive study abroad in Italy and France. Between the two programs, Scott worked for an award-winning architecture firm in New York City designing showrooms and boutiques for several leading fashion houses. Scott is driven by the act of creating and a strong commitment to craftsmanship and fulfills these needs with pursuits as diverse as architecture, photography, woodworking and just about everything in-between. For Scott, sustainability is not a buzzword or an afterthought but simply the foundation of good design.
